Engal Aasan – The film was supposed to get released before ‘Mariyaadhai' and indeed gets postponed due to Captain Vijayakanth's demand. The film depicts him in the role of a bank officer and Vikrant does the supporting role.

Vaamanan – Jai terms this film to be his debut as he had been a part of multi-or-dual hero based subjects. ‘Bhagavathy', ‘Chennai 600028' and ‘Subramaniapuram' had him with other actors. Yuvan's musical score is  a hit and debutant Ahmad has got lots of expectations.

Indira Vizha – A remake of Hollywood's ‘Disclosure' will have Srikanth being seduced by her boss Namitha about which his wife Hema Malini is unaware about. K. Rajeshwar has handled the direction.

Vaigai – Based on the real life incidents, Director Sundarapandi has made this film with real life lovers themselves acting in the film during climax portions.
